Here go the announcements from Server Staff.

All skill related bugs while transformed fixed.
Skill "Fast Recovery" fixed.
The power of Aggression and Aura of Hate skills have been significantly increased, "as well as their reuse time. It has also been changed so that it is not affected by attack speed improvement buffs.
Transformations Collision Height Fixed.
The success rates for the following skills have been increased: Seal of Chaos, Seal of Poison, Seal of Winter, Seal of Flame, Seal of Gloom, Seal of Mirage.
Added drops at all raidbossed and grandbosses (black&white seeds of evil) needed for Dynasty recipes and mats for BlackSmith/Merchant of Mammon.
Added drops at guards from fortress (epaullete).

Pets full rework.

Pets can now use potions (they could before too, just efect was casted on pet owner).
Pets now updating theirs stats when u cast some skills on pet / use pots, etc.
Small weight update fix (when pet use any item that will be destroyed, weight updated).
Due to visible stats changes after skill use, unhardcoded weight penalty (pet now have skill).
Targeting pet fixes, works now same way as normal NPC, interact for out of talk range, attack if attackable (without holding ctrl).
Mounting on pet fixes (removed custom mount delay and splitted mount.java and requestaction to pcinstance).
Summoning pet now use skill (5sec static casting time).
Summoning pet bug fix (while running and casting summon pet, there was bug that pet was spawned on target that u had before, now it always spawns near u).
When pet die, now u will see mesasge that pet died and u have 24 hrs to res him.
While attacking your pet or summon, u will be no longer flagged (usefull on raids where u cant unsummon pet/summon at end of raid to save exp that pet/summon take away..so u just kill him without being flagged - retail like.
Now u can register shortut from items in pet inventory (also some more fixes with shortcuts packets not related to pets, but needed).
Red striders fixes (now theirs food is consumed and can be mounted).
Pet food rework (unhardcoding custom food value and using for each food each skill with different feed value - retail like) and since its now skill, u will also see skill animation.
Cleanup with evolved wolves.
Added support for deluxe strider food and wyvern food (wyvern not using it yet, since mounted pets doesnt yet consume food, need rework of feedtask ><).
Pet food consumtion rework - now retail like.
While mounted on pets, pet will consume food and u also will see his food status.
Support for divine beast.
Fixed several packet glitches.
Few wyvern fixes.
Added some more conditions for moung/unmount/summon/unsummon.
Some messages fixes.
Pet now store into DB theirs last equipped items, so when u summon them and u still have these items, they will auto equipp them.
Pet/summon skill changes (some get boost, some get nerfed ).
Pet/summons movement bug fixes (unhardcoded multiplier, also affecting normal npcs).
Pet now properly display amount of pickuped items.
Sync with player <-> pet fight stance, and small player nonfight stance while changing intentions fix.
Some more fixes on pet/summon action buttons (for ex: attack on nonattackable target will make summon/pet follow that target, stop move will not change follow type anymore...and so one).
Pet hungry mode update (retail sending messages per 0.5secs...its kinda spam..so message per 10sec should be enough).
And added pet lvl-up animation.

This will take effect from 24/03/2009 at restart.
For "counterattack" skill i will implement a custom skill similar to retail until i will find a better way.

good to work for Dynasty, and all fixes is usualy good news :)

Thanks for OL skills.. did you forget Seal of Suspension?;) Or no change needed there.;)
