Fixed some augmentation skills.
Prominence 2 enchant route fix.
Fixing few quests. Rates, rewards, etc: Whisper Of Dreams1,Giants Exploration 2, Pursuit Clan Ambition.
Fixed pet skills: Pet Wind Shackle,Pet Hex,Pet Slow,Pet Curse Gloom.
Retail "reuseDelay" and fixes for some Skills.
Equip Delay - no longer needed for augment skills.
Fixing Power for Remove Target in skill Shock Blast.
More enchant routes & fixes.
Added skill Sublime Self-Sacrifice.
Missed in last update to add there: Walking Suspicious Merchants for all forts except Narsell.
