Changes to hero weapons, since hero weapons useless currently good only to decrease your weight i made some custom changes.
Hero weapon cost increased.
Hero weapons can be enchanted.
Hero weapons can be augmented.
Hero weapons possible to add attributes.
Added most important forgotten scrolls to oly until will be droped at mobs/rb quests.
Iºll add rest of updates later, im not home.
