pvp weapon - cp drain fixed its 15%
pvp weapon - cancel fixed its 15%

and i want some opinions about this:
1. to increase lost exp during a death to chars over 83 , at 10%
2.bsoe cost to be increased 100x + reuse time 1 hour.

idea its to force pvp for high levels chars since there its a lot of farming and most players over 83 got full equip and decent enchanted gear, increasing exp during a death will force clans to start wars since you lose little exp than normal.

few weeks at territory, l2tw almost done this but still many bugs to be fixed .
by mistake some1 got a friend on retail with dynasty bow - great gale??? i want the bonus from foundation of this bow... keeps me blocked coz of this ..i want to add foundations bonus for dynasty and icarus...

it was bad... some incorect formula made chance to go at 0.5%

So was better.. Now we will be all the time without some buffs at 15% chance with 1500aspd on dagger, gh...

y i agree here with sbx, even now in normal pvp you got buffs cancelled even if was at 0.5% rate
now 15%... :s

after 30 seconds pvp with a dagger you ll have 5 buffs left, and before you nerfed the steal divinity from kamaels
this is kinda fucked, all will make daggers pvp weapon just to cancel, it s the same


mhm now that i read again, so 10% even on pk? ...
how you expect people to farm blacksea... i agree if you loose 10% in pvp but not in pk especialy with those donator fearless that will pk everyone cause they already have all equipe than i don't think i will still play much here

the pvp activity it s no problem on the server, you will see once you putted territory war all will be fine imo
if you see the sieges than you see there is much pvp
to increase pvp better put new events capture flag etc etc...
