Dear Oniciuc,

we would like to inform you today about upcoming servicing work of our network.
As you know, the reliability of our network has top priority for us, while carrying out some maintenance of our network a few days ago we came across some functioning problem with our router which could have a negative impact on the network.

In order to resolve this issue we are required together with our router manufacture Juniper to assess and analyze and finally debug, in order for us to do this we have allotted the following dates and times in order to carry out this work.

Within each of these time frames there is a possibility of a short space of down time we have assesed this at around 15 mins per time frame.We will of course try our best to keep any disruption to a minimum as most of the work is done beforehand.
