i say the custom way, at least we wont have to rebuff each time, and enemy will still have a big advtanage at their sa and steal divinity

+1 Ezekiel. 2nd custom way is FAR better for pvp... The cancel chars will still have advantage when they pvp,and we will not need to rebuff after a few mins...

Also with 1st choice, kamaels can be used again in lame way vs pve, so i think the 2nd way,is far the best idea i have ever seen till now about this topic..

dagger prolly bit more powerful in olympiad than normal system but that custom is just so brilliant for pvp outside stadium must vote for that :)
Nobody will bother making debuffers only for debuff with that and debuffing classes have their advantage.
And no need to rebuff every 5min.Just perfect system

In your custom version, does still divinity still steal the buffs? or just decreases them? If it just decreases it sucks hard.
Also for custom version since it's still nerfed, put Original cooldown on it.
