Implemented an anti grief system.
When you will use command .nobuff_on people cannot buff you anymore, but you still keep your buffs. Then when you use the command again .nobuff_off you can be buffed.
Basically, if you enable it,you can still buff yourself,but buffs received from another players won't take effect (debuffs/offensive will take effect).This includes party type buffs.
