removed all bsoe from players.
decreased bsoe drop amount from rbs.
increased cost at mammon for bsoe.
clanhall not affected
castle bsoe increased cost.
fortress bsoe increased cost.
this will take effect on 26/07/2010 at restart.

In other words this server is changing in to a pk server, and the week players who are working ther way up wont have a chance to BSOE when the strong players want to have some fun with pk or pvp against someone who dont stand a chance. Do we all have to "Donate" to be able to have a chance on this server ?? i dont think it is fair to the new players that the strong players can pk them at all times, at the end the only players who will stand a chance is donaters and old strong players. Not a smart move Black Sea.
