Lineage 2 High Five private server

Well,i dont know if GM lowered rates on purpose to get more donations but listen to what happened to me today....
I tried to enchant my foundy moirai helmet from +7 to +8......
i had 7 BEAS on me and 31 in warehouse.......
i push confirm and it failled.......
but here is that it started.......
37 BEAS i used....and didnt count how many EAS.....and max i got was +4......
i dont know wtf is going ...

Anyone knows is it true that Improved Ring of Baium can be stacked with Ring of Baium. One guy who bought it for auction says that it can be done. Its true, its should be like this or its a bug?

Server after update to hi5 is better than freya, people are joining server everyday, prices of armors went down making life easier to all, you can see pvp almost all day, which was rare before update, so to all people crying stop QQ and stfu and start play or leave server. ToD, Leathal, and other skills did bring a lot of fun to pvp !
