Well actually i dunno if blacksea will ban for just the chat. For example, anyone can say by pm that "i have bought this account from artheidan, at 300 euro" but that could also not be true.

For sure he will need to check ip also, and stuff like that.

hmmnnn... maybe donation and real-money-trading are the same thing.. well, donation is important to keep the server running..and rmt is in the black market and was considered illegal.. idk why..

No; real money trading in this server is NOT allowed.

Donation is allowed cause it's for developing and keeping server running. When you buy something from other players money goes to player, not for gm so if u buy stuff for let's say 300 euro it's like blacksea is 300 euro shorter. ^^

for every player rmt as such is limited in terms of resource..e.g. selling items for a 300 euro..those would be valuable materials to lose.. (maybe years or months of farming until u can sell again or such)... unlike for blacksea its easy as pinching a leaf in a tree.. well looking at both sides of the coin.. they are the same.. so it wont be a big deal for server economy.. besides, blacksea has an infinite amount of resources in his pocket to sell so it wont be of much lost for him..

another one is: if a player decide to leave server to focus on something idk. of course it woudn't be fair not to retrieve some of the sweat and money he spent..
