If he don't check it is just him own fault.

Imo Hando is right. It's not like he were selling 5 things, runned out of 4 so description didn't match what he had in stock. Letting things like this happen is just encouragement to cheat imo.

Sincerely, i don't that his way of scam is cheating.
If i would ever fall in anything like that i would just think "omfg, i really deserved it for how much i was stupid".
