If you have some doubts about this.. then you got to know .. that even in the official servers, accounts are subject of TERMINATION at any time.. i have seen and read countless threads about this:

.. guess what legit lawyers said about this.. EULA doesnt offer you ANY protection whatsoever.. even in retail your account can be terminated without any notice, beside an informational email. Its everywhere the same.. i have seen top players in retail banned for no apparent reason.. they couldnt do shit.. just be frustrated, call, email NCsoft, what they obtained? NOTHING!.
Acount stayed banned/jailed and there you should get some protection for your money that you pay each month.. you dont, cuz the EULA is made in such a way, that the user doesnt have ANY rights!!
If you like it stay.. if dont leave.. its as simple as that..
PS: This was in no way a flame, i am just trying to explain to you once more..
Top players in retail could be banned ( but they are not, u know, bot train of 9 ppl bring a lot of money ) cuz everyone of them bot/ebay/rtm/sell account/ use 3rd party programs. Don't try convince me it is not in that way cuz i have clearly see it with my eyes while i was playing there.
Ncsoft like their bots and they ban/jail ppl only if they do something so clear that everyone can see it ( read this phrase as "hero tank in oly, able to target and stun lock a dagger while he was in HIDE " )
Btw, that's not on topic so i won't continue.
