Now seriously, why the hell would you start gaming if you don't know a little bit of english, as most of them are using it ?
Do you really want such players, don't know, but all forum is in english, game is in english, NPC too, if he doesn't know it, he can't play, so that NPC in starter village would be least of his problems, worst case he will post in forum about it, and he will get an answer, so you should rethink about this blacksea, as it is best idea i've heard so far against botting.

Come on BS pls check my logs and u can see that i'm not ussing any botting programs or somthing else...When i took those ss i made it just to avoid banning my account and then I was arround the PC. My brother hardly read romanian and u tell me that he must read english.He saw me farming,he liked that and i had to make him an account to be happy but i've never think that could cause the ban of my account. It wouldn't be such a big problem that u took a char older than half an year but some time ago i've just donated a rb jewel set and i think that isn't fair...now all i want is that BS makes a recheck of that problem and i hope that will be solved.thx

I have lost the count of brothers/sisters/mom/dad/grandparents/nephew and so on that suddendly play from same pc everytime someone is banned for botting.
Too bad i can't add more then 10 options to my poll.

Btw, the fact that someone donated doesn't mean can't be banned.

About the idea of strong monster, i agree with it; make the title/name, red, so that it is similar to raid bosses and even someone that doesn't understand english can think twice before hitting it.
On the other side, keeping it that way make the "catch and ban" of bot much easier, since they doesn't even bother to move.

Or even, when strong moob with red title kill regular char, that char will go to village or something and he will know for next time what "DO NOT KILL" means , and bots, hm, no more bots. But if "/target Gremlin" can be used than just make same name moobs but with red title.

If he bought his gear by donation, I really doubt that he would waste time in start village farming nectars. I bet he can earn much more nectars on main char without risk. In my opinion he is telling truth. Try to imagine big donators settings their bots in starters villages every day.. cmon for what?:P
