Lineage 2 High Five private server

Hello every one - iam new on this server but not new to L2 - ok so: My question is Where and how to get S+ Grade rcp in Hi5
Before i played on other server where was lower part of L2 so lets say Dynasty was S80 and u could get dynasty rcp on Hellbound island doing some quest or collecting evil seeds and changing at mammon - but now iam a littlebit confused - mammon dont sell dynasty rcp and dynasty now is S grade so its mean that i can wear them from lvl 76 - i was aking in game and noone was answering me so i wanted to try here

Is there some quest for dynasty rcp ? in Hi5 ? <> if yes than where i can start it - or maybe if there is posibility to spoil them than where ?

I tryed to search on google - but nothing everywhere dynasty is still s80 and old quest for them - as i understud Icarus rcp i can spoil in many places and moria aswell - but what with dynasty ?
