And it gets worse ingame depends how much i move the camera ...pls help

Seems a problem related to ur graphic card.
Is its driver updated?

I think its not the driver .. prolly the video card shares your RAM memory so you dont have enough to load everything.

Or might be the driver as arthy said.. if you are lucky.. else you need a new graphic card.
