system is unfair compared to old..
but true is in 1 year can take books for all or almost all chars of l2 in oly if play with several characters matches...especially if feed like japan or war..
noob " failing" is not "failing" it is a problem to do something maybe cos of lack of time etc...not all are "pro"(say it nerd) like us..
for person with max 4 hour time to play in day it is not so easy job to get full skills in little time for char not to even talk about many...

Where was the fair things that when my skills +30 where resetted to +20 cuz ppl was complaining about the rate being changed? As the system as been changed like before, why i had to keep my skills +20 refarm all the books, all the sp, instead of rehaving it +30? But i didn't went to forum crying "omfg, gm. i want back my skill, cuz now is too long and hard".
That's actually the same things.
Someone find something hard, cry cuz one thing is too hard for him to get, and ask for an easier one.
I already told one million of time; lineage 2 is not a game based on balance or equal chance for everyone. If u don't deal with it, i suppose is better if u change game now.
Someone have oblige them to not do olympiad for the tons of months when the scroll was tradable? Where they was?
I am just noticing that, in last month,most of population of high lvl char here, is costantly crying for anything.
What about playing the game as it is designed?
U know, usually it work in that way.

I changed this coz of feeding in oly... one char can get fs for friends etc without playing in oly.
Like this you will be forced to go in oly and to win if you want fs , with more players in oly less feeding... there will be a concurrence (i hope).

It's a 2 way decision...becouse in 1 way it will happen what u said, but the other way...till now ppl with very good gear, that allready have FS learned won't lose in oly giving the new guyz without the FS any chances to win any matches...so the new ones won't be able to eveolve anymore, and the gap between the old and new players will grow more and more.
PS I allready have Oly FS on my chars, so it's not a matter of my own...i'm just thinking about the others without them.

Even if they lose all the match the max number of months to get enough tokens from oly is 3 months.
The fame is not oly related.
56k tokens, are really easy to make even for a bd.
I think u have to be happy in reality; someone got him forgotten scroll when they was obtainable only from antharas and not from oly manager.
Kinda harder and slower, don't u think?

i agree on blacksea as i said before, it makes olympiade more active everyone must play if they rly want this skills and as artheidan said you can get a book each 3 months even if you have a noob char, so its not impossible... and everyone can make them
