I have very best idea for GM !
If u need more player at server make NPC BUFFER because this is very helpful . You do not need log in 2 acc . Only go to Village and click macro in buffer NPC .
Please consider this idea !

i agree, i think there are many players blacksea that are waiting for the vesper and start all over again to make revive the server i m sure old clan etc all will return here... and people that say they will leave after whipe imo it s bullshit they will just play again here

It kinda depends...I would prefer to have like only prophet buffs (skills lvl 76) as NPC buffers. And if you want dances/songs/higer lvl buffs, u just create ur buffers. It is my opinion, becuse I really dislike when it's already way too easy....Buffs r already 1hour Wodulnt like this server to look like a x300 server of those.... I'm sure many ppl chose this server for that reason....to have a challenge and not having everything at the palm of ur hand.

I vote no for npc buffer.
Like k4rl4nd said it would be too easy,new guys must have something to do too and with buffs lasting 1 hour it already is very easy.
Normally you would be running with all buffers behind you buffing every few min now just need to farm 2 days to get full buffs what can keep in town.
What idea is in l2 if you get everything at once you join server?
Those who dont want to work for anything can join x5000 servers where they get full equipment in first mob/gm shop.
Remember this is x15 and just that lowish rate/having to work a bit is reason to join this kind of server.
And i think this works still very fine as it is now

No , it doesn't, the server is practically dead, new ppl quit although they have like u say a hard time in getting things.

You saw how many people are now online and how hard is buy buff. Try to exp yourself and yours buffers without buff gl. The questions is you want more people on server or you dont? I know that you all want more people so vote for npc buffer. Like psycho said only buff to 80 lvl should be on npc if you want bufs 80+ you need to exp your own buffers. People are lazy now and lots of people came here if blacksea make npc buffer. I have my own bufers but i prefer npc becouse i dont have so many time in game to buff and everything and i am too lazy:P. The good thing for you is that even if blacksea will add npc buffer you dont need to use it if you dont want to "get everything at once"

Well back in old days i never bought buff just went with newbie helper/herb buffs to make buffers.
And i bet many others did it same way.And was easy.
If really want to add some kind of npc buffs then maybe just some 74lvl etc buffs pp+se its ridiculous if in x15 have all except olybook buffs on npc...

so you prefer to leave situation on server like it is now? no people no future... i understand your point of view, i also was exping my buffers that way.. but you know that npc buffer can help and those server can be full like some time ago... we need to change few things to get some new blood on server:P
