i'm sure for emu this server is alive he prolly still talk to himself in shout and xp with his imaginairy drunk friends

anyway, i also xp my own buffers before and who cares? this is about making server alive again and get more players back
the times it was 500+ players everyone miss them, and imo pvp will also increase when you have npc buffer
people without nobles dont rly care they just take buffs and go pvp

Your point i understand but theres other too:
Fullbuffs without work=less things to do in server faster bored/leave.
More ppl need surely to get things alive again but i still think npc buffer belongs to x5000 total pvp servers.
For those peoples need vote&maybe advertise i dont know.. my opinion about the npc buffer stays.
You can have own opinion too.
If people look servers like i do myself...is to look..low rate no custom weapon/armor=fun farming moments.
When join and see gm shop to Agrade and fullbuff from npc=uninstall and look another.

+1 for NPC buffers !! (with at least 78 buffs including improved + prophecies, chants and resists)
I can see only advantages from this:
_ New players won't have to ask for hours for buffs, just go to town, buff/rebuff and go.
_ Best for non noble chars who died from mobs or got canceled in catas.
_ With those, you could reconsider giving back retail skills for "cancel" chars (soul hound, dagger*/tyrants* with dagger/fist with pvp augment) and make those chars op again like they should be. Canceled ppl will just have to soe to town, get back missing buffs and go again pvp.
_ No need to have multiple accounts (many players have just one account to play or can't dual box at all cuz of old computers)
_ Ppl who want higher buffs (counter critical, dance of berseker, song of purification,...) or oed buffs will lvl their own buffers.

*No need to be a dagger or a tyrant to use cancel weapons, dagger or fists, all classes can use them, daggers and tyrants are just better at using them (skills and atk speed)

NPC buffer maybe isnt such a bad idea. My suggestion is make NPC buffer usable only for chars with playing time less then 48 hours for example.

I'm still against the NPC buffer. One of the reasons I started on this server was no NPC buffers. I understand people's reasoning and I respect their opinions, but mine is a 'no' to NPC buffers.

If new players don't want to take the time to make their own buffers or to join a clan with buffs available during their play hours then there are plenty of other servers available.

I'm against all low armor available and most of the other things as well.... but again.. that is just my opinion.

Ultimately, it is up to Blacksea. The buck stops there and we can only adjust according to what he decides. Stay. Go. Return. It all depends on what Blacksea decides.

Personally, I will leave if we make this like sooooo many other servers out there, but again, that is MY CHOICE. The running of the server should not depend on what the few players who actually visit and post on the forums want. Again, my opinion.

Ask inside u why dont give buffs to another players and after u can say NO for NPC BUFFERS

NPC buffer...than make it like lvl 85 when u create your char with permabuff and if posible +15000xxx OE gear...this way MUCHAR's lazyness will be solved...aaaa 1 more thing, BlackSea, if u could ask someone to to play MUCHAR's chars would be great too...couse he doesn't have too much time to do it or he's to lazy.

ok mr smart! i vote for npc buffer becouse i want more people in game its normal, you say that people choose server without npc buffer but be serious how many people are joining everyday? i tell you not many, when i log in i only see "who can buff me" on shout and no answer. No npc bufer is ok when server is fresh an everyone start with 0, but when you start play on new server and everyone have dynasty++ and you dont have even buff you are getting pissed... you are posting for no npc buffer so tell me how many times you offer your buffs to other players? i always gives buff for free but it is not enough all the time someone is asking for it.. I wrote that i dont have so many time to play.. when you grow up you go to work etc. you will undarstand me, sometimes i have for example 20 min free and i prefer go make some pvp than waste 5 min for log chars and buff, but now even if you have buff you cant find pvp guess why smarty, tell us your sugestions how to get new people?? one more can you tell me your nick in game or you are alberta ford 2?

dont worry I read your sentense and before that I read the blacksea answer about the wipe and i think that subject is closed.. so npc buffer is another suggestion, i was playing before on servers 15x, 20x with npc buffer and it was really ok, blacksea can put npc fot while and see what it hapends
