Hi. Could you answer me this one question?

I assume that there is a deadline before registering to a castle siege. Can you tell me what it is? 24 hours before it starts? 12? 2 hours before the siege?

Or maybe there isn't any? And you can register with one second before?

Please, i really need an answer!
