how long does it take for a GM to respond to a donation request?

Its not same all the time.. its from 10 mins to 24hrs(: Mostly its ~2hrs as I heard

depends on how busy the GM is, hi5 test server is big and i guess he isnt checking his emails as much.

hello it's me again xD
i have another question regarding donations
i donated plenty of times already (for crystals/noble stones/RB Jewels/Forgotten Scrolls)
but i never donated for level or safe enchants
may someone care to explain what is the requirement?
i mean i already know the price but do i get an "special" scroll to use on my weapon/armor for the safe enchant?
or maybe my charracter has to be offline in order for this to work?
i haven't got the slightest idea how so maybe someone who already donated can give me some tips BEFORE i mess something up?

Safe Enchant means you won't get any scroll, instead GM will do the modification on your gear.
If i remember well to modify your gear your char doesn't need to be "online", because this is a modification afterall, only if GM was to add something to your inventory your char should be online, details in here you could get from him, because if you donate he will answer you back somehow to do the things needed so he can finish the work you donated for (this doesn't mean you can ruin the item, after you got it, and you get another, condition apply only before, read between the lines).

For example if you donated for 5 safe enchants on a weapon, (doesnt matter how much +++ is your weapon already, the safe enchant starts from +3 - in money, but even if item is not +3 imagine that is 0, he will bypass that, as 3 enchants has 0 importance), he will just edit your item settings to be +8.

When you donate you cannot mess anything up, even if something else happens, GM will fix it for you so you get what you donated for, so don't worry too much.

you said "don't worry so much" but i am worried about donating since i read what you wrote
so if my weapon is +11 and i donate for 3 safe enchants it will be +6 and not 14 by the things i just read from you
is that correct?

P.S: i already emailed Blacksea about this but still no reply for over 20 minutes

Donations reply takes time sometimes, depends how busy is GM, can be few hours, can be few days, with this i can't help, he has a life too, and as you already heard this is just a "hobby" for him.

As for the donation you are about to make, what i said still stands, imagine if all people would put their weapon to +8 or +10 because that's kind of easy and then donate for safe to +15, all would have +15, but again, not my rules.
You should read rules at donation before doing it, according to them you have this quote:

"Donation list reward.
*******************************************************
10 euro - 1 safe enchant, A grade armor(piece)/weapon
15 Euro - 1 safe enchant, S grade armor(piece)/weapon
20 Euro - 1 safe enchant, S80 grade armor(piece)/weapon
25 Euro - 1 safe enchant, S84 grade armor(piece)/weapon
Note. Safe enchants can be added only if your weapon is under +3 and armor/jew under +6 or previously enchanted with safe enchants.
Max enchant via donation for weapon is +15 for armor +12."

If you already donated the money, I'm sure you will get to an agreement with him, just send another email, or whatever contact method you used to contact him first time, and you will get reply with what to do, or what options you have, still not to worry, everything can be fixed and you won't get disappointed.

i didn't donate before i was realy sure how the system worked
don't wory about that
however it's sad xD i would've realy liked to have a +15 weapon by donating only 80 euro
i guess i won't ever have a +15 since i'm afraid to lose my +11 one xD

Ehehe.
Nop u can't with 80 euro only.
The only way is making all the donations since +3 to +15. Not necessarily in just one time, but still all of them.
