CP pot VRS. Mana pot

Just wanted to hear everyone's opinion about cp pots versus mana pots. I am baffled why we have instant reuse cp pots but mana pots that are all but worthless. Want to beat a dagger or kamael or gladdy? Run/cp spamm till they are out of mana, then turn around and fight...... Maybe i am just missing the days of seeing an overlord on the server. I dont see why u cant make mana pots instant reuse, or change the cp pots to be 3 second reuse. Maybe we would see something change in the pvp here. Views?

yes i can already imagine, healers and doombringers with infinity mana, that will for sure make the pvp more interesting
infinite heal + disarm, i can't wait for that :roll:

Mana pot with no reuse imo are the most retarded things that can ever be done on a server that isn't high rate.
Too hard to take an active EE? They are also so funny to play,to be honest.

I guess im not seeing your guys points, any pvp we ever have here, healers never run out of mana in the fights, and whenever i pvp i have 3 toggles on always, and never run even half my mana down. (you need to admit also that there are like 2-3 good healers and absolutely 0 overlords on the entier server. Lets take away tanks shields and see how many people play tanks also, i see that as the same thing :P) And as for arthy thats exactly my point, YOU DONT NEED HEALER WITH CP SPAMM, so i ask you, is it so hard for you to bring a healer instead? atm its kinda dumb when i can stand there in 1v1 and literally never die as long as i have cp pots. Fighters with low inventory can carry around 700 -1k pots. I can stand and take the dmg you give for over 20 minutes just by using cp potions.... how is that pvp? I dont understand :(

My point is not about do or do not make the mana pots infinite reuse, its about making some balance between the cp spamming and mana reuse.

Dominator + recharger sounds good but people dont wanna play support chars , so it's not about the mana pot and the reuse , its about ' our ' will to play a non-damage char . And you are wrong , in our clan we have 2 dominator active in pvps and sieges :D

+1 but he got a good point.

Everytime someone comes up with the idea to change the current mana system people tend not to even try to understand what his/her propose is. I think lessen mana reuse time would make some people happy as much as adding some delay for cp reuse. (that's my idea but not set on stone though :lol: )

First of all, did you ever heard of Mana Burn? Last pvp that I was in, SoWhat(Healer) had no MP from the first second of the PvP because Fainted (the other team's healer) was smart enough to mana burn all of SoWhats MP. After that in matters of Seconds DarkSide pawned us because Healer was left without MP.

Now if SoWhat had MP Pots and restored his MP then that would mean that Mana Burn is of no use and that the PvP would just go on for as along as the Buffs would last, because both healers would simply heal without fearing of wasting their MP.

By asking to have MP pots that reuse faster, is not making "some balance". For instance Daggers Could spam both CP and MP pots at the same time(Making them Invisible).
Or imagine a StormScreamer or a Necro with Vampiric Drain. They will just keep draining HP and Spamming CP + MP thus not dying.

A WarCryer or an Overlord would again be UNBEATABLE with fast reuse MP Pots. They have really high P.Def comparing to other Mages plus they have all kinds of Debuffs.
So again for the case of Warcryers and Overlords you would just make them OverPowered.

Actually if you wanted to balance things a bit you could simply ask to Delay the Reuse time of the CP pots instead :)
This way Overlords will actully be usefull as they will CP the party members. And this I have seen again in DarkSides Clan when we were PvPing. I don't remember the guy's name but killing him was really difficult because their party had both a Healer and Him. So that means that he had both his CP and HP restored all the time.

And as for the Overlord Warcryer thing you can use Healers to Recharge. Healx (Human Healer) took from the pomanders the Recharge skill. And in both PvP and in Raids he was both healing and Recharging ppl. Or you can just use a Recharger to recharge him. I know how this sounds, but there are actually good Healers/Rechargers out there (EvilStewie, SexyBaby.. etc...). So having them in your party will actually work. Not to mention their Magic Sympol (instant recharge of your party memebers)

Lineage is not to be Solo or Ballanced. Lineage is to be a Team work. You all have to reallise that and stop "Crying" about other classes.
Each class is better than the other one. It makes a circle.
For instance if you have X,Y and Z class.
Then X will beat Y.
Y will beat Z and
Z will beat X.
So thats how lineage is. X>Y>Z>X

Problem with that is last time i brought up the idea of a 2-3 second reuse in cp pots, everyone was like OMG NOOOOO MY CP POTS, U CANT DO THAT. So i was trying to find some balance for it :|

l2 was never designed to be balanced... if u want a balanced game go play tetris or mario bros not a pvp game
