Active skills cooldown time?

ok i put this here because i'm not sure if it's a bug or not
as i remember all active skills had before a cooldown from 30seconds when you equipe the weapon, this aint the fact any more i saw in olympiade yesterday a cardinal with 3 weapons with 3 augments changing weapons and nuking as a mage

so it's only a question it's not as it should be?
or it changed again after epilogue update?

Nuke augs have low reuse time Eze. There are some augs that reuse time is bigger. But nukes have like 4, 5 secs reuse time. For example, my invul augment has 30 mins reuse time, m atk aug like 5 mins reuse time. So augs have different reuse time. Nukes has the shortest reuse time couse it should be used like a mage atk skill, and those have short reuse time. That's the meaning of Nuke augs. Imagine u can use your nuke every 30 secs :). Still, i would aug with nukes 15 dyn maces/phantoms to be able to nuke continually :)
So, bottom line: Buff augs reuse time ...about 5 mins, mukes...about 5 secs. It's normal and logical

He mean that after eqquipe weapon there should be 30sec delay to use skill from augment not the skill reuse time..

It is the same sbx. It's all about the aug reuse time. Try something: use a weapon with Active: Increases owns m atk, use the skill, unequip it, than equip it again. U'll see u have about 5 mins reuse. take the weapon off again and wait 10 mins. Equip it again. U'll have no reuse time anymore, u'll be able to use the skill instantly. It's all about the aug reuse skill time, there's not delay after u equip the weapon, if the skill is ready to be used.

If this should be true ...
How can a healer or a Elven elder or some other class can kill someone ??
I have EE and with nuke augment on weapon an i fight with a archery in Duel.
Even if i can sleep him from first try every time was tie because nuke recharged so slow and hit only 800 with my +15 mage weapon.
So i can win only using 2 or 3 weapons. if i need to wait 30 sec ... well .... in 10 i am dead so ... what is the point.

OMG An healer is not able to kill a nuker/dagger and so on.

That must be wrong for sure. It is normal that an healer is able to kill ppl.

So how a healer can be Hero ??
If can't kill anything ??
You only go to oly just to get your ass kicked ???
and by the way. I've seen a oly game when WantTOplayDocotor killed an Human archer at oly.

I think nothing is wrong here. the augment skills work properly in my opinion.

PS. nobody expect a healer / EE to kill a goot SH ...
But is unfair to go against a healer in full +12 Vesper set with more than one +12 vesper weapon in S grade and win or tie ...

Ever heard about feed?
imo nuke augment is one of the worst things l2 have ever made.

Afraid of healers with nuke ??
Afraid of my 525 dmg i give to a good equiped nuker ??
Or what is your problem ?

We don't recruit often but with such an equip, all i have to say: AEGIS WANTS YOU !!! ..or wait may be.... not :lol:
