Just these:

1. Keep enough free space on your Clan Warehouse
2. Keep enough money on your vault
3. Do not set seed prices to max

When manor status shows "zero" ( 0 ) to all, means that something from the above was not done. Manor is working fine. Is just a pain in the ass to configure properly.
Use manor and read above post. It will help things a lot.
