With metal is like with those thing that you love it or hate it. If you like good instumental musisc (not summer hits based on three simple acords) you will always choose metal or jazz. For me noising is only techno .
And Arthi i agree that the best Mettallica song is "Master.." but since black album they start to played shit music (without few good songs) but offcourse this is only my oipinion.

true, but after black album for me is another Metallica which i listten from time to time: creepy sound of The House That Jack Built or Wasting My Hate and than All Nightmare Long ..... but from the new album there was good staff wich not included .... Yeah Arthy many bands are inspired from the fast riffs from Master Of Puppets (album) but i prefer ...And Justice For All these 2 albums are my favorites.

Yeah metallica have good riifs on master of puppets but for me the best guitars i have heard was on album Death - Sound of perseverance. Find they last concert i L.A. on youtube it was awesome.
