I don't understand what alinuta is trying to say. :/

They asked him why he hide the clan crest ( alinuta is in aegis now ) and teach answered for him saying "because he have shame".
So alinuta wrote down that yea, he was ashamed, but not of the actual one; he was ashamed of the one before it ( so of inferno XD ).

I suppose he took this pic when he still was in inferno and that's why he "erased" the clan tag.
But is just my supposition.
