We all know that noble just gives cloack slot.. wich is useless... well at best it adds 30 Dark Defence, wich in full buff you shouldnt need anyway since you are over 150 Dark Defence.

Vesper noble should be really rare, REALLY, go on any official server and try see how many noble vespers you see.

Donation is another story, this server was online to many months with the finnacial balance at the end of the month on minus.

So if black can recover some of his money invested in this, i am all for it.

Sorin is right on that money issue if server really went on minus..
But maybe after a donation rush these vesper noble stones could be available(as they should) by monster hunting..
You cant compare this custom to official..how many in official reach 85 without bots?
How many in official solo kills rbs/camps them 24/7(solo=with 1 character not 10 buff pet)
Like you sorin said before that vesper should not be available by farming,For reason that "farmers would be available to get lots them with hard work".(btw which it will be in freya and there should be instance rb now too nobody can prevent you to do/no need to camp it like idiot).And why it in your mind is ok to be available by rb hunting?
Some glaki vs greater evil champion in hb...glaki way easier you could pull glaki trains with good dreadnought if there just were enough glakis around

Sadly for you almost everything in ncsofts l2 haves option to farm it somehow with hard work(faster than killing some rb once in week with 20ppl party etc like noble stones now)

Soo blacksea would be nice to add for us some custom farm option for these vesper noble enchance stones and dynasty essence 2 which both should be available by farming.

I will check how many vesper and stones dropped until now and if its really low i will add/increase for more.
Beleth its at donation from start of server with Frintezza but no1 wanted until some days ago.. but i don`t know what its the problem since that ring sucks more than AQ.

well we already got vesper weapon same for raiders ally so the drop rate for the fulldrops are good
it are just the nobles stones they drop max 40-45 and it s 11% chance and you need like 500+ to put 1 part of the armor to nobles, if you start calculate you need minimum 12 epics and than you need to drop them every time... will already take minimum 3 months xD
