i don't know how u can't see the logi when someone says it increase a certain % of your BASIS stats
(100% from touch of eva from basic stats) + ( 30% from basic stats) + (30% from basic stat) = ur total increased resistance to cancel... u learn this stuff at school at age 12 come on...

and ur basic stat is maybe 10% or 20% cancel resist, maybe even not... so it s like
factor 20% = basic stat
20%+ [(100% from 20%)+ (30% from 20%) +(30% from 20%)] = total cancel resist

so as u can see u are far away from being resist a 100% in total to cancel, it's impossible to reach actually...

Rly u are making a fool of yourself. I wrote how to calculate this. I just wanna know this basic resistance to count total. And beside that i wrote that with or without those buffs cancel lands with the same probability, so skills are not working properly. And don't tell me about education, cause it's rly on the high lvl in your country.

Noone can tell you basic stats for debuff resistance. Its calculated via MEN, but thats all that can be found about it. If someone has a private server, go check the DB. Might be the only way to get this stats

It increases resistance to hold, sleep, slow, and other mental attacks by 50, what means in java files, and also off files (C++ not hava) 50%. For example if you got base resist for hold 20 it gives you 50% so 10, and finally you have 30 resist. What more and it dont work here this resist is decreasing also time of debuffs (thats why you have option in skills enchanting option +time) and also by 50%, so for example fear +0 (10 sec) takes 5 sec not 10. It dont work here... Ok like we see you and pigface have a big knowledge about l2 so maybe try http://www.miniclip.com/games
