As it was said, 2 mins after buffs are canceled, all buffs should be given back to the canceled player, right ?
Well, as i`ve seen when you get canceled with TOD, you only get message : Your stollen effect has been given back or something like that, but no buffs return, both pvp and oly..
Make it all the same please.
And sorry if there was any other topic with this bug, but i ain`t seen it.

Blacksea check this character Bliss, we was pvp ing and he gives us Lightning Barrier lvl 16
first of all he is a elf dagger he cant have soulhound skills and second of all the max lvl of lightning barrier is lvl 15

The first bug that I mentioned was that: Touch of Death + Panther Cancel + Insane Crusher cancels are permanent.
This should be fixed after blacksea finishes with what he is working on.
