Well, there is a mistake in the way in which ip are bloked in tvt and oly.
For what i think, there is an error in how the block status as been programmed.
As it is now, the check of ip doesn't reset after the end of one tvt, or the end of one oly match.
Oce u have re in any tvt, even when the tvt end, it keep considering u, as signed in the tvt, so u can't reg at the tvt that is, for example, 6 hours later.
Same with oly match.
Once u have done the first oly match, the server think that, once u are back at town, u are still on waiting list, so u can't reg for a second match.
