Lineage 2 High Five private server

I have been trying to make an account but it keeps giving me the same message over and over again : "please use a valid username" I dont know what valid means but i have tried over and over all kinds of usernames, it just wont let me make the account. Anybody has a good idea on what to do?

I didnt have any problems to register an account..

dont put any: .!#$%^$@!#@@ in it and should be fine.

had the same problems 1 week ago.
Tested it like 20 times before it actually worked.
And with the same nickname i was using always so i suppose there is some bug from time to time that doesn't allow u to make an account.
But i don't understand which one.

Helios might create from time to time troubles but usually works flawless, SQL might have been stuck, there could be many reasons behind this, but since i tried to create and works and nobody else complains but that special user.. we have to asume human error

Not necessarily human error
As i told already before, some days ago i copy pasted always the same information on account creation and only after 20 times it letted me make it.
Before was giving "Please use a valid username" error

Then soemthing there was XD

It´s not fixed yet cause i´m having the same problem and the username i want is just letters !
Someone fix this please !!!!

Hmm..

I cant figure out what causes this.. some have no problems whatsoever.. can i ask you both what browser are you using?

Firefox 3.6.9 and i tried it with IE 7 and Safari 5.0 both the same

Almost any browser existing on the net sorin.

It is not a client problem.
