Peaceful zone on all server?

Hello! Cant use AOE skills it says that im in peacfull zone. Can send mails from HB, GC or other locations. No more pvp? QQ Safe zone on whole server?

yea since this morning the whole server is totally bugged.....gc and mos are peace zone....everyone is peace zone.

forts also peace zones no aoe or pvp ...
NO FISHING IS POSSIBLE anywhere where there is water on server as well incl. hotsprings...wanted to expand my dorf trade :/

After relog i can use AOE skills in Giant Cave dunno about oly i wont risk my points to test it.
