if its like this... probably you lose connection somewhere between you and server..

example

your pc - ISP - ISP NUMBER 2 - ISP NUMBER 3 - ISP NUMBER 4- Lineage2.ro server

if ISP NUMBER 3 will go down you lose connection to server... but you still have connection to most sites.. since probably will have another route

well.. you can't fix i think.. you need to change your ISP... or to use a proxy from somehow but i don't have enough information what its needed exactly. when i have time i can research for this

in whorse case give account to a friend mate
or try play the siege on someone else his pc for this 2 hours
