Hello, Umm i started a clan with one of my characters and when i started the quest for Alliance manifesto i cant complete the quest, i tried to do it twice and same problem i even did it with a different character as clan leader and problem persists. I did all like it says, 3 clan members plus the CL, I still have the items but i cant complete the quest. If theres anything that can be done please. I would like to raise that clan. Thanks.

Where are the details? What part exactly is bugged. I get that you cant finish it but why is that? Does the Npc say something to you, if so what? Which npc? any screenshots? Pretty sure need some more info on this

Im at the part when u gather all items and clan members gave them to the clan leader, then the CL speaks with the witch and that exact part is the one that doesnt work, she keeps telling me like the same instruction on gathering the items but i have the three herbs and the other item. I did it on time.
