Use drop calculator from main site. Log on it, select ur char and in the middle u have 'change appearance', u cant be logged in game.

1st : your character must not be logged in game
2nd : on dropcalculator you need to log with the user and password that you use to log in game
3rd : if you have 2 or more characters on that account select the one that you want to customize
4th : on screen you have a button "change appearence" , press it and then do what you want to character

If ur login/pws is for example: "Account", "AcCoUnT" etc use only small letters: "account" on drop calc.
